AI-driven Web5 wealthtech platform Finloop Finance Technology and Asia-Pacific digital market infrastructure ( DMI ) operator Marketnode will collaborate closely in the Hong Kong and Singapore markets across areas like financial product access, asset tokenization and market insights to drive greater connectivity and compliant innovation across Asia’s financial ecosystem.
As well, the partnership, the companies point out, is expected to broaden access to financial products, deepen collaboration between Hong Kong and Singapore’s financial ecosystems and advance the development of digital asset and wealth management infrastructure across Asia.
The partnership, which brings together Finloop’s fintech and real-world asset ( RWA ) capabilities with Marketnode’s DMI and tokenization expertise, will explore three key areas:
Finloop, which is headquartered in Hong Kong and serves institutional clients worldwide, offers a full range of wealth management products and technology solutions, including cash management, public funds, private funds, structured products, bonds and insurance.
Marketnode, backed by Euroclear, HSBC, SGX Group and Temasek, is Asia-Pacific’s neutral DMI operator. Its infrastructure supports institutions across data services, transaction management and tokenization with distribution support, with a focus on asset classes like credit, funds and structured products.
”Marketnode’s infrastructure capabilities and network,” states Cai Hua, Finloop’s CEO, “will help us better serve institutional clients while accelerating the deployment of our technology solutions.”
Rehan Ahmed, Marketnode’s CEO, adds: “Tokenized finance will scale only when products can move efficiently across markets, platforms and investor networks. This partnership strengthens that connective layer between Hong Kong and Singapore, combining product reach with trusted DMI to give institutions expanded and more secure access to the next generation of financial products across Asia.”
